Existing Customers Instant Free Gifts Terms and Conditions This offer is only available to existing pay monthly customers of BuyMobilePhones.net. Customers must provide proof of original purchase by providing us with either their original order number or sale receipt number. The original sale must be at least 6 months prior to the Instant Free Gift sale. Customers must have no overdue bills and must not have changed from their original tariff. If all of these conditions are met we will supply your electronic free gift at the same time as your mobile phone, except in such instances of electronic free gift stock shortages. If there is a stock shortage we will inform you at the time of your order of the anticipated delivery date. If you do not qualify for the Instant Free Gift your free gift will be sent as soon as we receive your claim with either your first two bills or two proofs of address as per our standard terms and conditions. If the instant free gift option is taken we cannot accept goods back under the 7 day money back guarantee.
