How to Claim Your Free Gift

Accepted:

• Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners Club, Maestro and Delta
• Only the front of the card needs to be photocopied.
  (Yes, we know the signature is on the back, but so is the security code, so the front will be fine)
• The Name, Numbers and Expiry Date must be fully visible.

Not Accepted:

• Solo, Electron, Other Cash-only Cards
• Cards that are Out-of-Date
• Photocopies with any information obscured

Accepted:

• Marks and Spencer, House of Fraser, Debenhams, any type of store card where you were required to pass a Credit Check.
• Only the front of the card needs to be photocopied.
• The Name, Numbers and Expiry Date must be fully visible

Not Accepted:

• Cards that are Out-of-Date
• Store Card Statements - only the cards themselves are acceptable, not the statements.
• Photocopies with any information obscured

This can only be used as either proof-of-signature or proof-of-address. If you use it as proof-of-signature you will need to choose an alternative proof-of-address below.

Accepted:

• UK and Northern Ireland Licences Only
• Modern, Two-part Licence - only photocopy the plastic Photocard
• Old-style Driving Licences - photocopy of the front of the licence
• All details (and photos where applicable) must be clearly visible
• Address details must be your current address

Not Accepted:

• Old-style Provisional Licence
• Any non-UK (or non-Northern Ireland) Licences
• Photocopies with any information obscured

• Expired/Out-of-Date Certificates
• Certificates invalid for any other reason
• Photocopies with any information obscured

Accepted:

• Water bill, gas bill (not British Gas), electricity bill (not British Gas), landline telephone bill, council tax bill
• Landline telephone bills must show your landline number
• Bills must be new (less than 12 weeks)
• Bills must be dated prior to the connection date of your mobile phone

Not Accepted:

• Mobile phone airtime bill
• ANY British Gas Electricity or Gas bill
• Final demands, red letters or bills indicating late payments
• Bills older than 12 weeks
• Bills dated after your mobile phone connection date
• Printed 'online' bills - bill must have been mailed to your home address
• Photocopies with any information obscured

Accepted:

• Recent statements (less than 12 weeks)
• Statements must dated prior to the connection date of your mobile phone
• Statements must show transactions or some other sign of activity
• If your account is in arrears, statements must show an agreed overdraft limit

Not Accepted:

• Statements older than 12 weeks
• Statements dated after your mobile phone connection date
• Printed 'online' statements, mini-statement or over-the-counter Requests - statements must have been mailed to your home address
• Statements for accounts in arrears or which show negative activity e.g. bounced cheques or failed standing orders
• Account summaries that show no transactions
• Photocopies with any information obscured

Accepted:

• Photocopy of a valid certificate clearly showing your signature

Not Accepted:

• Expired/Out-of-date certificates
• Photocopies with any information obscured
