Am I eligible to upgrade?

You don't have to wait until your contract has expired before you can upgrade. Depending on which network provider you are with, you can usually upgrade a month before your contract ends.

Will I need to pass a credit check?

No. Usually there is no credit check involved in upgrading. So long as you have paid all of your bills with the network provider, you should have no problem upgrading with us.
