The new Nokia N9 is the first smartphone running on the Linux-based MeeGo operating system, jointly developed by Intel and Nokia.

The Nokia N9 is the first smartphone to not have a single button or key on the front, and instead features a brand new interface design that uses swipe-based touchscreen gestures for navigation purposes. The predictive text input system Swype, is also loaded into the device, and gaming-fans will be delighted to find that Angry Birds Magic is also pre-loaded.
In the connectivity department you get 3G HSDPA, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth v2.1, GPS, accelerometer and digital compass, plus an in-built NFC chip completes the package nicely!
