If you are out of contract you can upgrade now else use the below information to see when you are eligible to upgrade your mobile phone. Please note that if you upgrade before the end of your contract, any remaining months will be added on to the end of your new contract.

Orange 24 month customers can upgrade in month 22 of their contract.
T-Mobile customers can upgrade in month 23 of their contract.

Orange 18 month customers can upgrade in month 16 of their contract.
T-Mobile and 3 customers can upgrade in month 17 of their contract.

Orange and T-Mobile 12 month customers can upgrade in month 11 of their contract.

Upgrades are when you want to keep the same mobile phone number on the same network as you are currently on. You can only upgrade if you are on a pay monthly price plan; you can not upgrade from pay as you go.
