What is an upgrade?

An upgrade is when your contract expires and you take out a new contract with the same network. You get to keep the same number and you get a new mobile phone.

When can I upgrade?

What if I'm on PAYG?

If you are on PAYG and you want to take out a contract then you can simply buy a new deal from our website. If you want to keep your number then you can 'port' it to another network, or 'migrate' it on the same network. If you would like help doing this then call one of our sales advisors on 08000 087 272.

Will I need to pass a credit check?

No. Usually there is no credit check involved in upgrading. So long as you have paid all your bills with the network you should have no problem upgrading with us.

Can I trade in my old mobile?

Not yet, but you can recycle it with us. Click the 'mobile recycling' button on the left hand side to see how much your old handset is worth.
